BEERS
Funky Monk DubbelABV: 6.4%, IBU: 17

Brewed with nine different malts in a malt forward classic "Abbey" style, Funky Monk is well-balanced, yet complex with medium brown body. The beer pours with a thick caramel head and finishes with sweet alcohol warmth with no lingering hop bitterness.

Red Brick RyeABV: 5.2% IBU: 40.5

This copper hued American style rye pale ale uses floor malted UK base malt along with rye malt, crystal and special roast malts. Crystal and Glacier hops provide a fruity hop presence while rye malt and Nugget hops balance the earthy malt base.

Steel Bridge StoutABV: 7.2% IBU 24

This American style stout pours jet black with a thick brown head. Brewed with a complex blend of 9 malts including large amounts of chocolate, carafa coffee malt, Midnight Wheat and roasted barley. Intense roast flavor with underpinnings of chocolate and leather dominate while balanced by a medium to full mouthfeel. 

Seismic IPAABV: 6.1%, IBU 77

Brewed with continental pale ale malt and a dash of Caramunich, this dry-hopped and unfiltered Northwest IPA pours a hazy golden color. Nugget hops provide bitterness while Chinook, Perle and Glacier hops in the kettle create notes of wood and citrus. A generous dry-hopping of Chinook and Glacier creates an earth shaking fruity, orange/citrus aroma that leaps out of the glass.

Old Town Autumn AmberABV: 5.6% IBU: 21

Well balanced and medium bodied, this dark ruby-hued ale has all the roast character of our flagship Rip Saw Red but with extra fall heartiness. The autumn classic starts with a smooth foundation of powerful roasted malt derived from a showcase of NW pale, Crystal, Caramunich and heavy tones of chocolate malts. A milder hop aroma balances the dark caramel malt character creating an experience perfect with flannel shirts on cold Northwest nights.

Black Pearl Cascadian DarkABV: 6.1% IBU: 64

Brewed on the dark side of midnight, this moody dark ale is just in time for shorter days and colder nights. A complex blend of 10 malts, including chocolate, carafa coffee and midnight wheat, delivers roastiness with minor caramel notes. Nugget hops provide a light bitterness while dry-hopping of Northwest Chinook and Glacier hops creates just enough citrus to deliver a mysterious roasted herbal flavor.  

Valyrian Belgian IPAABV: 6.5%, IBU: 85

This Belgian IPA is a light bodied variation of an India Pale Ale. It is brewed using the best continental grains from Belgium and Patrick's favorite variety of hops from the United States. The citrus aroma gives way to a smooth lingering bitterness backed by a subtle Belgian fruitiness. Brewed with a yeast strain from the Flanders region of Belgium this Belgian IPA not only has the Belgian ester profile but also finishes relatively dry for the style. -Each keg dry hopped with 1 lb of Cluster hops.

Green Line Organic IPAABV: 5.5%

First brewed for the 2012 North American Organic Brewers Festival, this summer IPA uses all organic malt paired with Amarillo and Cascade hops for a powerful hop punch.

Early Harvest Golden AleABV: 5.0% IBU: 18

This unique and refreshing golden ale is light-bodied emphasizing a pleasing balance between Northwest grown hops and Northwest two-row and pilsner malts. Glacier hops dominate the flavor profile with a balanced bitterness and hoppiness for easy drinkability. This late summer session ale finishes with a slight sweetness.

Sterkste Mar Van BelgieABV: 8.5% IBU 24

This Belgian Strong Ale has a rich malty sweetness with raisin and cherry esters. It pours with a rich copper color, a caramel aroma and a dense, cream-colored head. Pace yourself - Sterkste Man finishes so smooth for such a high ABV, you’ll be asking for another before you know it.

PINTS Brewing Company opened in 2012 as Oldtown/Chinatown’s first brewery since Henry Saxer’s original Liberty Brewing Co. opened in 1852. PINTS Brewing Co. is dedicated towards old school Northwest and British inspired ales using the best quality base and specialty malts along with Oregon grown hops. Brewed in small 3.5 barrel batches, our beers are designed to be complex, yet focused, and ultimately beg another pint.

Kory started bartending on the east coast in Baltimore, Maryland and was lured to Portland by our great selection of local craft beers. Kory’s favorite beers include HUB Ace of Spades, Oakshire Perfect Storm and Laurelwood Workhorse IPA. Come to PINTS and ask Kory to help you discover your next favorite beer.

Stephanie Doty
Stephanie Doty brings 15 years of coffee industry experience to PINTS, along with a great sense of humor.  Her latte art is so stunning; many customers often pause to take a picture of their coffee before they enjoy it.  Stephanie was born and raised an Oregonian, and loves all the things Portland has to offer.  On weekends you will most likely find Stephanie at her local farmers market looking for the freshest ingredients for a home cooked meal, screaming at the sidelines of one of her kids’ soccer games, or painting her face black and red for a Trailblazers game. (Rumor has it she’s the ultimate fan).  Come in and enjoy one of Stephanie’s amazing coffee creations.
